Our Mission: To care for and provide for displaced individuals and groups, with the message that if God lives in your heart, you are never alone.

We recognize the value of group housing, but we know it takes a village. Home is Heart offers a helping hand to nurture and care for individuals who may feel overlooked or overwhelmed by life’s transitions.

In 2018, a beloved childhood friend died from alcoholism, homeless, in a public restroom. He was just 33. But the alcoholism was the symptom of a much deeper issue; he believed two fundamental lies: he wasn’t good enough, and he was alone.

Home is Heart points to the source of unconditional love and protection: Jesus. We curated care packs as an alternative to monetary handouts for people experiencing homelessness, including essential items, personal letters, and Bibles. For group homes (such as nursing homes, foster care, and special needs), we host celebrations and other events and offer comfort packs with essentials, personal letters, and Bibles.

Our Vision: To demonstrate God’s love and plant the Seed of Jesus in the hearts of those displaced so their inner strength can grow and love can overflow in those who feel forgotten.

Values: Compassion, Community, Collaboration.
